Excavate concrete area around main stack for sub slab repair replace as needed within foundation with new PVC replace perimeter drain as needed. Backfill work area with stone and re concrete work area
Attempted to snake shower drain but unable to pass through trap. Cleared line using pneumatic air ram. Drain is very old and rusted metal. Replacement of Drain and trap recommended, quote provided.
